The basis for individual customization is a scan of your feet using our HEZO Scan app, available in the App Store. There's also an app for Android devices. You'll receive further information about the process via email after placing your order.

The current delivery time is approximately 8–12 weeks.
Since we produce each shoe individually and on demand, the exact duration depends on the order volume and may vary slightly.

Your individual scan allows us to integrate all essential foot support directly into the shoe – from the longitudinal arch support to the subtle metatarsal pad in the forefoot. This means you no longer need external orthotic insoles , as we build everything your foot needs directly into the shoe's design.

For specific medical problems or orthopedic requirements, please contact us directly – we will then work together to determine the best solution for you.

Simply send us back the parts you'd like to replace, and we'll take care of the recycling. This way, you can wear your shoes longer while also contributing to sustainability. All the parts you'd like to replace can be ordered individually in our online shop (always custom-made to fit your shoes).

A custom-made shoe is something special. And sometimes, there are indeed special things.

Should your shoe not feel perfect within 60 days, we'll take care of it. Together with you, we'll optimize the fit and find the best possible solution.

It's important that you test the shoes on your bike beforehand. Only under real riding conditions can you assess how the shoe actually feels, and only then can we make targeted improvements.

And if, despite all our efforts, we cannot find a joint solution, we will refund you 50% of the purchase price.

We would like to point out that every shoe produced consumes energy and resources – as does shipping. Since our shoes are individually made, they cannot be resold. Our only option is to recycle them, which also requires energy. Furthermore, valuable material properties are always lost during the recycling process.

To avoid this, we ask you to perform the scan with particular care and to strictly adhere to the requirements outlined in our video. This will help to eliminate potential sources of error.

Furthermore, riding with so much toe room can feel unusual at first, as standard cycling shoes are often narrower. Give yourself and your feet some time – several test rides will help you get used to the new feel before you make a final decision.
