Android: Scan while seated and do not follow the instructions in the 3D Avatar Feet app. Instead, follow the instructions in the scanning tutorial below.
In both cases, perform the entire scanning process three times (3x3 images per foot).
If all your scans were successful, send your scan data to us. After each successful scan, you will receive a six-digit scan ID (e.g., LJ6GZ8). We need this to link your scan data to your order.
iPhone: Link your email to the scan IDs in the app.
Android: Send us all three scan IDs via email.
From now on, it's a case of tea...er, coffee, and waiting. Over the next 2-4 weeks, our super-scan experts will review your scan data and check whether you've really done everything correctly. We'll keep you updated with status updates.

Your shoe model is generated, your print slot is reserved, and your patience is tested—to the limit. Depending on the volume of orders, this step can take a while. But just try to relax and free yourself from Amazon delivery times. Yes, it's not always easy these days...
This short relaxation exercise might help:
Imagine a robotic arm creating each element of your HEZOS, layer by layer, in slow motion over 20 hours. With a meticulous eye for detail, everything is assembled, threaded, sewn, and lovingly packaged. Just like with food: If you take your time, you enjoy more, get better quality, and do something good for yourself. At HEZO, that means 8 to 10 weeks until your shoe is finished – 6 to 8 weeks until a printing slot becomes available, then 2 weeks of production. Plenty of time to look forward to your new HEZOS and plan your first rides.
This doesn't apply to the post office, of course; here you get the best quality with short delivery times. Therefore, the final step is usually incredibly fast.
Now there’s only one thing left to do: Ride!

What's better than many kilometers? A lot of kilometers.
To ensure you can use your shoes for as long as possible, you can reorder any spare part in our online shop. Or you can send us the shoes and we'll take care of the repair. Simply order using your account, and we'll produce the replacement for you.
And what do you do with the worn-out parts? Clean them of dirt and send them back. We collect the materials and take care of recycling. After all, what's the point of just dreaming about the future if you can't change anything right away?!
