Android: Scan while seated and do not follow the instructions in the 3D Avatar Feet app. Instead, follow the instructions in the scanning tutorial below.
In both cases, perform the entire scanning process three times (3x3 images per foot).
If all your scans were successful, send your scan data to us. After each successful scan, you will receive a six-digit scan ID (e.g., LJ6GZ8). We need this to link your scan data to your order.
iPhone: Link your email to the scan IDs in the app.
Android: Send us all three scan IDs via email.

From now on, it's time to sit back and relax. Our Super Scan experts will review your scan data approximately 2-3 weeks before the planned production date to ensure you've done everything correctly. We'll keep you updated with status updates.

Your shoe model is being generated, your print slot reserved, and your patience tested—right up to the limit. Depending on order volume, this step can sometimes take longer. But try to relax and free yourself from Amazon's delivery times. Yes, that's not always easy these days and requires a rethink of how we live and consume.

Four robotic arms spend over 20 hours creating each element of your HEZOS, layer by layer. Afterward, everything is assembled, threaded, sewn, and lovingly packaged by hand. Just like with food, taking your time means you enjoy it more, get better quality, and do something good for yourself and the environment. At HEZO, this means: 8 to 12 weeks until your shoe is finished – 6 to 8 weeks until a printing slot is available, then 2 weeks for production. Plenty of time to look forward to your new HEZOS and plan your first outings.
This doesn't apply to the postal service, of course; here you get top quality over short distances. Therefore, the final step is usually incredibly fast.
Now there’s only one thing left to do: Ride!

What's better than many kilometers? A great many kilometers.
To ensure you can use your shoes for as long as possible, you can reorder any replacement part in our online shop. Alternatively, you can send the shoes to us and we'll take care of the repair. Simply order using your account and we'll produce the parts for you.
And what should you do with the old parts? Clean them and send them back to us. We'll collect the materials and take care of the recycling.
