The basis for the individual fitting is a scan of your feet with our HEZO Scan app in the App Store. An app is also available for Android devices. You will receive information about the further process via email after ordering.

Your individual scan allows us to integrate all essential foot support directly into the shoe – from the longitudinal arch support to the subtle metatarsal pad in the forefoot. This means you no longer need external orthotic insoles , as we build everything your foot needs directly into the shoe's design.

For specific medical problems or orthopedic requirements, please contact us directly – we will then work together to determine the best solution for you.

Simply send us back the parts you'd like to replace, and we'll take care of the recycling. This way, you can wear your shoes longer while also contributing to sustainability. Almost all shoe parts can be reordered individually in our online shop (always custom-made for your shoes). If something breaks, we also offer a repair service.

Still don't trust us? How about a 100% fit guarantee? If you have any problems with the fit of your shoes within 60 days, we'll do everything we can to resolve them. And if we still haven't resolved your issue, we'll refund 50% of the purchase price. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

However, we would like to point out that every shoe produced consumes energy and resources – as does shipping. Because our shoes are individually crafted, they cannot be resold. Our only option is to recycle them, which, however, also involves energy consumption. Furthermore, valuable material properties are always lost during the recycling process.

To avoid this, we ask you to perform the scan with particular care and pay close attention to the requirements outlined in our video. This will help eliminate potential sources of error.

Additionally, riding with so much toe room can be a little strange at first, as standard cycling shoes often have a tighter fit. Give yourself and your feet some time—several test rides will help you get used to the new riding feel before making a final judgment.
